Les Aykler

President / Broker


Les joined the family firm in 1976, and has held numerous roles over his career including Developer/Builder, Broker and Property Manager. In total, Les has overseen the development of over 900 residential homes, apartments and condos throughout the GTA and has managed several major building retrofit projects. Recent achievements include the Manors on Earl, a 15-unit townhouse development, and the Earl Lofts, a 58-unit residential loft building in downtown Toronto.

Les is responsible for acquisitions, development and construction management for new projects., and is also the Broker-of-Record for Aykler Real Estate, where he focuses on residential resales in the Toronto area.

Bob Aykler

VP Management / Sales Representative


Since joining Aykler in 1989, Bob has focused on the management of non-profit housing including administrative and financial reporting requirements and responsibilities under the Housing Services Act and the Landlord and Tenant Act.

Bob has well over 30 years of residential property management experience and is responsible for the management, operation and leasing of 840+ apartment and townhouse units throughout the GTA. He is also a licensed Sales Representative focusing on resales in Mississauga and the downtown core.

Before joining Aykler, Bob was a reporter and newscaster in Toronto, Ottawa and Windsor and a member of the Queen's Park Press Gallery.

Justin Aykler

VP Development / Sales Representative


Since joining the firm in 2003, Justin has been involved in the development and sales of the Earl Lofts, Steam Plant Lofts and East Village Leslieville projects. On the development side, Justin is responsible for acquisition, negotiation and development management activities.

Through Aykler's brokerage arm, Justin leads sales and leasing activity for clients and works by referral only.

Brooke joined Aykler in 2016 to help with the sales and marketing of Sunday School Lofts and The Lofthouse on Logan Avenue. Currently, she handles purchaser relations, new project launches and liaises with Tarion for all new condominium projects. She also manages all sales and leasing activities for the brokerage.
